Felix Tetteh is a dynamic Fairtrade International Youth Ambassador, a young Cocoa Farmer, and Compliance Officer with Asetenapa Cooperative Cocoa Farming and Marketing Union Ltd. in Ghana. With over six years of experience in sustainable cocoa production, certification systems, and youth advocacy, Felix is dedicated to building a fairer trade future by empowering young people at the grassroots level. A graduate in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Felix combines academic insight with practical field experience. Felix has represented youth voices at global forums such as Fairtrade Change Day in Germany and the Cocoa Producers Living Income Summit in Abidjan. Through his work, he demonstrates how active youth participation can sustain and transform the Fair Trade movement, making it more inclusive, forward-thinking, and resilient.
